Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days


Where will my order ship from?

We have facilities located across the globe to ensure your order is processed and shipped from the location nearest to you. This helps us provide efficient delivery times and a smooth shopping experience, no matter where you are.


Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees may apply on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Please follow these steps before contacting us to ensure there are no delivery issues:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, contact us at info@ctrlcult.shop with your order number.

If the address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to the return address and we’ll contact you for an updated address when we receive the returned package. If we don’t receive the package, then you’ll have to submit a new order to replace the original.

How are your products made?

At CTRL+CULT, every item is crafted on demand — produced specifically when you order it. This approach ensures that nothing is made unnecessarily, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. No excess production, no waste — just unique pieces, tailored for unique people. We have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@ctrlcult.shop.


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Please contact us at return@ctrlcult.shop within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.



Returns

What’s your return policy?

We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt.


What can I exchange it for?

Since our products are made on demand, they are unique to each customer. We understand that finding the right size can sometimes be tricky, which is why we provide a one-time size exchange. To help you make the best choice, sizing charts are available for every item in the product description section.


Make sure you are eligible for exchange.

For this, your item should be in original selling condition, which means:

  • It is still in its original packaging with the tags and labels intact
  • It is not damaged, stained, altered or washed

Before returning an item for exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact by emailing us at return@ctrlcult.shop, stating the reasons for your return/exchange. Please make sure you contact us within 30 days after your product reaches you to benefit from this policy. The delivery date, as stated by the shipping courier, is the one that counts.

You will be contacted shortly by our customer support, and one of our agents will provide you with further information.

To ensure smooth processing, please contact our support team before returning any items. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed. 

Make sure to indicate your name and order ID in a clear way and place it within the parcel; this way we will be able to identify the package faster and process the exchange. Once we receive your item, we will inspect its condition. If everything is okay, we will initiate the exchange.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to receiving an incorrect or damaged product. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return. This allows you to monitor the shipment and confirm that it arrives safely at our facility. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for return shipments lost in transit.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at return@ctrlcult.shop with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
